Arrival & Departure Procedures
School will officially open its gates at 7:45 a.m. Students should be dropped off at their designated drop-off points where a duty teacher will be waiting to receive them.

 

Parents should arrive promptly to pick their child(ren) up from the designated pick-up points. If the parent is going to be delayed please contact the School Admin Office so that the School is aware of the delay and your child can be informed of the delay. School is officially closed with access being unavailable by 5.15 p.m.

 

For students from Upper Primary and Secondary who arrive late to School, they must present themselves at the School Admin Office to fill in the Late Arrival Log before proceeding to class. For students from Lower Primary, they should be accompanied by their parent(s) or family representative and present themselves at the School Admin Office to fill in the Late Arrival Log before proceeding to class.

 

For students who need to leave School early, their parent(s) or family representative must go to the School Admin Office to complete the Early Departure Form before the student may leave the School premises. Parents should inform their child's Home Room Teacher of their intention for an Early Departure by writing a note in the Homework Diary. The student will meet their parent(s) or family representative at the School Admin Office.
